Characteristics – Advantages

Aesthetics and Design
The variety of SYNCO types and designs ensures that all tastes can be catered for. SYNCO synthetic window and door frames can be fitted into any construction, such as detached houses, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, hotels, schools and modern office complexes.

Resistance to weather conditions
SYNCO synthetic window & door frames retain their exceptional properties even after years of use. They are not affected by extreme weather conditions, such as rain, snow, sunlight, smog or extreme temperatures. They do not rot, rust or bend and they always remain usable.

Maximum air resistance
SYNCO windows and doors are ideal for residences located near the sea, which are exposed to strong winds, rain and saltwater. They can also be installed in high buildings without any problems.

No maintenance
SYNCO synthetic frames do not require painting and are fully resistant to termites. Their maintenance is mere cleaning and does not require any additional cost.

High soundproofing
Reinforced steel and appropriate sorting of glass panes in SYNCO frames ensure excellent soundproofing, providing a carefree life at home and comfort at the workplace.

Excellent thermal insulation
The thermal insulation of finished SYNCO windows is exceptionally good, preventing condensation of water vapour in glass panes on the interior surface. In official analyses, KOMMERLING’s frame profiles combined with the guarantee of SYNCO’s long experience meet the highest requirements for thermal insulation.

Fire resistance
The synthetic material of SYNCO frames is not easily heated, does not self-combust and goes out when there is no source of combustion. This ensures it cannot cause fires and serves as an effective method for fire prevention and protection.

Environmental advantages
The manufacturing process of synthetic frame profiles requires relatively little energy when compared to other materials. Synthetic frames have been established as an alternative material to wood, thus reducing the rate of deforestation. Synthetic frame systems are eco-friendly, as they can be fully recycled and re-used with absolute success.

Structural and mechanical efficiency
SYNCO synthetic frames are tough, stable, resistant, and retain their colour.

Thermal insulation and economy SYNCO

SYNCO synthetic frames not only contribute to the reduction of your energy costs, since the significant protection from heat and cold means at the same time reduction of energy consumption, heating and cooling, but also contribute to the reduction of environmental pollution. Combined with state-of-the-art four-season low-e planistar and two-season low-e planitherm energy glazing, they also achieve a significant reduction in energy consumption by adding inert argon gas.

SYNCO energy frames in combination with double or triple energy glazing achieve a reduction of the thermal permeability coefficient Uw up to 0.64W / m2K.

SYNCO synthetic frames meet all the requirements required for the energy upgrade of homes by participating in the “home savings” program as well as the issuance of energy certificates.

In addition, SYNCO synthetic frames are designed, manufactured and installed to your measurements only by SYNCO, unlike other companies, which outsource the construction and installation of frames to third parties. SYNCO undertakes the dismantling and replacement of the old frames in a single day and offers a written guarantee for ten years!

Characteristics of energy windows

Combine the SYNCO frames with double glazing 5-16-4 low-e (soft coating) planistar four seasons, with light transmittance (LT)% 71%. Solar coefficient solarfactor (SF) 0.41. This indicator measures the percentage of solar heat that penetrates the windows of a window and reaches the interior of the room, the lower the indicator the more effective protection from the sun provides the window.

With the addition of Argon, the Ug coefficient of thermal permeability reaches up to 1.1W / m2K, while with air up to 1.4W / m2K.

This indicator measures the amount of internal heat that passes through the glass of a window and is lost. The smaller this index, the fewer the losses and therefore the greater their thermal insulation power.
